It invests primarily in equity REITs, but in changing market conditions may invest in other types of REITs. The sub-adviser generally looks for REITs that have the potential to provide superior returns to the fund and focuses on companies with the potential for stock price appreciation and a record of paying dividends. The fund is nondiversified. |
