| The investment seeks total return through investments in fixed income securities. The fund invests primarily in bonds including debt obligations issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government and its agencies, corporate debt securities issued by US or foreign companies that are recognized as investment-grade, etc. It may invest at least 80% of assets in bonds and maintain an average duration of between one and three years. The fund may also invest up to 10% of assets in issues which are rated below BBB but have a minimum rating of B by Moody's and/or S&P at the time of investment. |
