As of December 31, 2008, it had its main office located in Warren County, Ohio; and 24 branch offices in Warren, Butler, Clinton, Clermont, Hamilton, and Montgomery Counties, Ohio, as well as operated 32 ATMs. Further, LCNB Corp., through its subsidiary, Dakin Insurance Agency, Inc., engages in insurance agency businesses.
