This segment sells its chemical products to farmers, ranchers, and fertilizer dealers and distributors, as well as polyurethane, paper, fibers, and electronics industries. The Climate Control segment manufactures and sells a range of air conditioning and heating products consisting of geothermal and water source heat pumps; hydronic fan coils; other heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products, including air handlers and modular chiller systems. Its HVAC products are primarily for use in commercial and residential new building construction, renovation of existing buildings, and replacement of existing systems. This segments products also used in various hotels, motels, schools, hospitals, apartment buildings, office buildings, and other commercial or residential structures. It serves original equipment manufacturers, contractors, and independent sales representatives. LSB Industries sells its products in Canada, the Middle East, Mexico, central and South America, Europe, the south east Asia, the Caribbean, and internationally. The company was founded in 1968 and is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. |
