It typically maintains an average duration of five years or less. The fund invests at least 75% of net assets either in securities rated investment grade (AAA/Aaa to BBB/Baa) by at least one independent rating agency or non-rated securities the fund?s advisor judges to be investment grade. It can invest up to 35% of net assets in debt of non-U.S. issuers.
