Its electric household appliance products include blenders, can openers, mixers, food processors, coffeemakers, irons, toasters, slow cookers, indoor grills, and toaster ovens, as well as air purifiers, allergen reducers, and home odor elimination products under the TrueAir name. Further, the company operates retail stores that offer kitchenware and gourmet foods under the Kitchen Collection and Le Gourmet Chef names. As of December 31, 2008, it operated 285 retail stores. Additionally, the company mines and markets lignite coal primarily as fuel for power generation to electric utilities and independent power providers, as well as provides dragline mining services for limerock quarries.
