In addition, the company supplies process modules that comprise frame assembly, top-plate assembly, and gas and chemical delivery modules, as well as the chamber and electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical subsystems; and other high level assemblies, which are used in semiconductor manufacturing, solar, flat panel, and medical device industries.
