【商業英語】報價簡易三招（Frankie Chan）

可能大家也有這樣的經驗，就是很多的客戶只是查詢價格，並不落單訂貨。其實，這倒也是正常的，如果他們不詢價或一次簡單的詢價後便落單，反而要小心會否有蠱惑。但不管你認為對方最終會否落單，面對客戶的詢盤時，都應認真對待，並專業有禮地回覆。

當然，公司的報價單通常都是一式一樣的，但你總不能直接把報價單放在附件中，然後發送過去便了事吧。你還必須要寫一封得體的報價電郵或信件，給客人留下一個良好的印象，以便速成日後的生意往來。

回覆對方的詢盤叫做「報盤」，也即是報價，是賣方根據買方的致函，向買方報價，其內容包括商品規格、數量、價格、付款方式和交貨期限等。一般來說，報盤可大致分為兩種：虛盤 (non-firm offers)和實盤(firm offers)。虛盤即是沒有約束力的報盤，不會規定報盤的有效日期，並且附有保留條件，如：The offer is subject to our final confirmation/ prior sale.（該報價以我方最後確認為準／是否事前售出為準）。而實盤則有規定有效日期，而且賣盤一旦被接受，報價那方就不能撤回。

如以電郵方式報盤，我們無須寫得過分客套，只需具體、簡潔、措辭大方得體即可。一般報價函件可分3段，分別是以下的範疇，筆者同時列出每個範疇的常用的句式，供讀者能即時靈活運用：

1. Response to Enquiry 感謝對方的查詢
        We welcome your enquiry of …
        Thank you for your interest in our products.
        Many thanks for your enquiry of …
        We are obliged to you for your inquiry of …

 
2. Offering 提出自己的價格
        We are pleased to enclose our price list and terms of payment for your consideration.
        In reply to your enquiry of …, we have pleasure in offering you the following.
        We acknowledge receipt of your enquiry and send you an illustrated catalogue of our …and also details of terms and conditions of sale.
        Our prices are quoted for quantities of not less than ….
        The goods can be delivered immediately from stock.
        However, we cannot promise delivery within the period stated in your enquiry.
        As requested, we now keep this offer open for further ten days from …
        Please note that this offer will be withdrawn if not accepted within one week.

 
3. Giving Assurance 給予保證及期待進一步的合作
        We can assure you that your order will be dealt with promptly.
        We hope that the enclosed samples will meet with your approval.
        We sincerely hope that our favourable prices will induce you to place an order.
        We are confident that these goods will meet your requirements and we look forward to your early order.
        We shall be pleased to receive your order, which will have our prompt and careful attention.
        We trust the above offer will be of interest to you and await your orders.
