【商業英語】索取sample即學即用句式（Frankie Chan）

在企業從事商務貿易的你，當要大量購買貨品時，總要先看看樣品（即我們常稱的sample)，仔細檢查是否符合自己的要求，以免造成不可補救的損失。同樣地，你也可能遇到客戶要求寄樣品的情況，無論是否決定寄送樣品，我們總得要大體地回覆對方。當我們收到了對方的樣品時，理應向對方表示樣品已收妥，並作進一步交涉。

為了方便讀者能更有效地撰寫一封專業而有效的索取樣品及回覆函件，這星期，筆者便列出一些常用的實用句式，以便大家即學即用。

 

索取樣品常用句式

1. In order that we may discuss the possibility of marketing your newest product, please provide us with samples within a week.
為了使我們能有機會討論推廣你們的最新產品，煩請在一星期內為我們提供樣品。

2. We are very much interested in your (product) and hope you will send us a copy of the latest catalogue together with the price list.
我們對你們的（產品）甚感興趣，希望你們能寄我們一份最新的產品目錄及價目表。

3. We would need to see a sample of the item first before we could decide on ordering it.
我們需要先看看產品的樣品，之後才能確定是否下訂單。

 

寄送樣品常用句式

1. We are enclosing a copy of our latest catalogue with a few samples which may possibly interest you, and would be glad to hear from you at your earliest convenience.
現送上我們最新的產品目錄及一些樣品，貴公司對此可能感興趣，我們靜候回音。

2. We take the liberty of sending you samples of (product).
我們冒昩把樣品送給貴公司。

3. If you decide to place an order after receiving the sample, the sample charge will be deducted from the cost of the order.
如果你們在收到樣品後決定落單，樣品費會從訂單的貨款裏扣除。

 

收到樣品常用句式

1. We have received your samples with the most updated price list, together with the terms of settlement, all of which we find satisfactory.
貴公司寄來的樣品、最新更新的價目表和交易條款均已收到。對以上各方面，我們均感到滿意。

2. We have duly received your email dated 19 September, with samples and the price list of your wines, which we have tested. The qualities are satisfactory, but your prices are considerably above our usual figures.
貴公司9月19日的電郵、葡萄酒樣板和價目表均已收到，經試飲後，發覺品質令人滿意。唯不足的是價格比我們的一般價格高出太多。
