Allan Zeman: my business has never been better

The founder and Chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group, Dr Allan Zeman, told us about his business in the interview. In this post-epidemic era, he said his business has never been better at present and his property is 100% leased, which is even better than the figures during the good times in the past. “It’s recovered very, very quickly,” he said.

Running a business well-connected with China, Allan also shared his views on Mainland China. “China is about if you understand the culture, it's about stability. It's about keeping a stable market, keeping socialism, it's with Chinese characteristics,” he said. “At the end of the day, it makes it more equal. It's really what socialism is all about.”

At the end of the interview, Allan told the young entrepreneurs to think out of the box. “I look at things for what they could be. And if you look at the successful entrepreneurs, they always see things that other people don't see,” he said.
