Leidos Bags $53M Task Order For Warfighter Performance Research
Leidos Holdings Inc (NYSE: LDOS) has secured a new task order from Naval Medical Readiness Logistics Command, Detachment Fort Detrick, formerly Naval Medical Logistics Command.
The contract value totals ~$53 million and include a one-year base period of performance with four one-year options and one six-month option.
The single award, IDIQ task order, will support research to maximize warfighter performance and survivability in aviation, underwater and special warfare environments.
Leidos will support research on the human cognitive and physiological factors associated with military operations in aviation, space, underwater, and special warfare environments.
Leidos will provide technical support through the collection and analysis of data, computer programming, statistical analysis, and scientific reporting.
Price Action: LDOS shares are trading higher by 0.03% at $103.54 on the last check Wednesday.
