【商業英語】辦理登機手續必學句式（Frankie Chan）

辦理登機手續時，可以選擇自助辦理或透過機場工作人員代為效勞。當然，機不離手的你，可能會選擇以手機或平板電腦網上預辦登機，不但可直接選擇座位，更可列印或下載電子登機證到手機，既方便又帶點時尚。

但不少旅客，尤其在回程時，仍會親自到機場登機手續櫃檯，輪侯辦理手續，這時候便需以英語與地勤人員溝通。為免尷尬，以下的詞彙與句式，就不能不懂了。大家可透過最後的情景對話，進一步了解如何把這些詞彙與句式應用在實際情況中，祝大家旅途愉快！

Check-in Clerk:        Good morning, could I see your ticket （機票）and passport, please?

Passenger:              Oh yes …here you are.

Check-in Clerk:         Thank you. How many pieces of check-in luggage （luggage只可是單數，如要表達數件行李，要用pieces）do you have?

Passenger:              Just one.

Check-in Clerk:         Please put it on the scale （磅）.

Passenger:              Sure.

Check-in Clerk          I’m afraid your suitcase is four kilos overweight （超重）.

Passenger:              How much should I pay for the excess weight?

Check-in Clerk:         You’ll have to pay US 120 dollars for the excess luggage（過重行李）. 30 US dollars for each kilogram.

Passenger:              Alright, that’s fine.

Check-in Clerk:         Would you prefer an aisle seat（走廊位）or a window seat?

Passenger:              Aisle seat, please. Well, actually, I was wondering if there’re any seats available in business class. I’d like some extra leg room（與前排座位之間的腿部空間）you see.

Check-in clerk:         I’m sorry Mr. Chan, we’re fully booked today and there’re no spare seats up front. Let´s see…if you want some extra space, I can give you a seat right next to one of the emergency exits （緊急出口）. Then you´ll have more leg room.

Passenger:              Is that safe?

Check-in clerk:         Nothing to worry about Mr. Chan. Just read the emergency procedure （緊急程序）card in front of your seat.

Passenger:              Excellent. Thank you. And I’d like to sit next to my colleague if possible.

Check-in Clerk:         I’m sorry. We don’t have any more seats together. Could you talk to the flight attendant（空中服務員）when you board （登機）the plane?

Passenger:              Okay, no problem.

Check-in Clerk:        Mr. Chan, here’re your boarding pass/ card （登機證）and passport. Please proceed to (前往) gate 16 at least 30 minutes before departure/ take off （起飛）. Have a pleasant journey/ nice flight （祝閣下有一個愉快的旅程／航班）and thank you for travelling with us.

Passenger:              Thank you.
