歌斐資產：京東涉諾亞財富聲明描述嚴重失實 將採取法律措施
京東集團(09618)較早時發布《關於諾亞財富惡意起訴京東、誤導投資人和公眾的聲明》，指近日「承興案」引發媒體和公眾廣泛關注，京東作為毫不知情的受害者，被捲入歷時4年的惡意訴訟中，公司的聲譽和權益遭受重大損失。諾亞財富旗下歌斐資產發聲明回應指，已關注到京東發布的聲明，當中的描述嚴重失實，已侵犯公司名譽，將採取法律措施，維護自身合法權益。 歌斐資產在聲明中指出，「承興618」案件事發於2019年6月，上海歌斐為原告，於2019年7月向法院對承興和京東等被告方發起民事訴訟，法院已於2019年受理並予以立案。 (ST)
