ReutersShell looking at all options including New York listing, Bloomberg Opinion says
"If we work through the sprint, and we are doing what we are doing, and we still don't see that the gap is closing, we have to look at all options," Bloomberg Opinion cited Chief Executive Officer Wael Sawan as saying. A spokesperson for Shell said Sawan had made comments along similar lines on several public occasions, adding that the company will "explore other options", if there was a valuation gap beyond 2025.

Currently, the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation, a subsidiary of trade processor DTCC, is the country's sole clearer of Treasuries.

BOCA RATON, Florida (Reuters) -London Stock Exchange Group's London Clearing House (LCH) business is considering expanding into clearing U.S. Treasuries, its head of Americas John Horkan said on Wednesday, as competition in the market looks set to increase. Currently, the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation, a subsidiary of trade processor DTCC, is the country's sole clearer of Treasuries. LCH's Horkan said at a conference hosted by the Futures Industry Association in Boca Raton, Florida, that LCH is actively engaged with market participants about Treasury clearing.
