Take a walk outside, deep breath, and think about what you’ll buy with your $NET holdings 10 years from now :)

@mirosolav below is my bearish analysis on $CCIV - if you can share yours on $NET it would be greatly appreciated:

$CCIV - retail is buying roughly 15% of the company at $5B, PIPE brings it to $30B valuation. PIPE can dilute CCIV shareholders value by up to 85%, 90 days post merger when the lock up expired (not saying they will buy they can). Same with calling in warrants as they will issue net new stock to warrant holders that will cause additional dilution.
Their valuation based on their revenue projection is 15x sales by the end of 2022 ( 2.5B in revenue in 2022). This means that at todays valuation they are trading in the same multiple
as TSLA . But - TSLA today has positive earnings for this valuation and for the last 4 quarters, and Tesla has 4 models in production (not 1 luxury sedan) - and today Tesla confirmed that majority of 150K units sold in last quarter were cheaper model 3 and model Y. So the current valuation factors in a lot of assumptions (if compared to TSLA) - that lucid will not only generate 2.5B in sales but one should also factor in that that they should have positive earnings as well at the end of 2022. Too many things that have to happen for a company with no cars on the road. If Apple rumour turns true that changes everything, otherwise I believe that Lucid is hyped momentum stock even at current valuation, and that it will hit mid-teens (if not lower on any short reports or any delays) post merger. I am of firm belief that CCIV is not good investment at current PS.

Don't know how to post a photo or copy and paste the data properly. I have been analyzing the house position of OGI from 1st till yesterday. During this period CIBC bought 19 million net shares at the average price of $5.056 on TSX. This cannot be only short-covering because it is more than the total Canadian short position. CIBC is the biggest Canadian HFT. They bought 63 m sold 44 million shares. This covers retail, HFT, and other institutional transactions. Don't know the ownership and purpose of those purchase but the big spike in price came from CIBC buying. Now if this is a long trading position, they will run up the stock to offload or it could be a long trading position in a sector and getting ahead. I am just speculating there could be multiple owners and reasons. If you want to understand what happens to the stock read the tape. If CIBC went long on this stock they have the muscle to run up the stock. The show is just starting and there will be a lot of volatility. Based on the charts safe entry point is around $3.00 area that is where the spike started, I don't know if it will get that low. Around 3 bucks and lower I am will be all over it. I think this sector is going into a bullish trend. You need to have a plan for every situation.

Looked at the SEC filing and here are some highlights:

    - 40 million common shares (options, etc)
    - 18.1 million warrants

Not sure how to compute the Market cap on this one as the shares seem to split into three categories.

    6 months Revenue through June:
    - $4.8 million compared to $7.8 million in 2019 (12 months). Let's say $10 million in 2020? It's hard to find 2021 sales projections.
    - $20 million operating expense
    - $net loss of $19 million

    Balance sheet:
    - Assets were $221 million as of June. How much did they raise with the IPO?
    - $49 million in total liabilities.

There doesn't seem to be an investor deck on the website, so no idea of expected revenue in 2021/2022.

I'm going to put my toe in the water and grab a few warrants. They expire in 2025, so seem like a better risk/reward than the stock.
