SEANA SMITH: Bitcoin sliding below $26,000 as crypto exchange Binance was hit with a lawsuit from the Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC hitting the company and its founder with 13 charges for security laws violations, alleging that the company illegally served US customers and mishandled customer funds.

AKIKO FUJITA: And finally, oil prices edging higher on the day on the production cut from Saudi Arabia. Over the weekend, Saudi announcing it will reduce output by 1 million barrels per day. That's the biggest production cut in 10 years. It came on the heels of the OPEC Plus meeting in Vienna. And the cartel did not make any changes to plans for its cuts for the rest of the year.
