Berkshire Hathaway Sells More Bank of America Stock as Streak Hits 9 Days
Berkshire Hathaway continued to reduce its stake in Bank of America in recent days, selling 11.7 million shares for about $460 million and cutting its interest in the banking company to 10.3%. Berkshire sold the shares on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at an average price of about $39.50, according to a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission late Friday. Berkshire now holds 802.7 million shares of Bank of America, a stake worth around $31.6 billion.
