Alibaba, Xiaohongshu tout sales growth in China's midyear e-commerce festival

大行籲港交所鬆綁 換股債資金可回購
彭博引述知情人士稱，大型投資銀行要求港交所（00388）允許在本港主要上市的公司，可以同時進行股票回購及發行可換股債券。 現需股東會批准較費時 早前阿里巴巴（09988）、京東（09618）和攜程集團（09961）等中資互聯網公司透過發行可換股債券，並把所得部分資金用來回購美國存託憑證（ADR）。由於他們的主要上市地為美國，所以能開展這些操作。報道指出，在香港公司若想模仿這三家科技公司的做法，需要召開臨時股東大會並獲得批准，這使得交易無法迅速完成。 知情人士透露，銀行及律師事務所已與香港交易所會晤，要求放寬相關規定。香港交易所發言人表示，無法對討論事項發表評論，但交易所在不斷研究為發行人和投資者提高競爭力和市場效率的方法。
