The Institutional Business segment offers prime brokers, seat leasing, custody outsourcing, investment research, sales, and trading for institutional clients. The International Business segment provides brokerage and sales, investment banking, research, and asset management services to institutional, corporate, and retail clients. The Investment Trading segment engages in investment trading of equity securities, fixed-income securities, commodities, and derivative financial instruments with its funds; and offers integrated financial solutions for clients' investment, financing, and risk management. The Parent-subsidiary Integration Business segment provides futures, private equity investment management, and alternative investment services. It serves various individual and institutional clients comprising multinational corporations, medium and small-sized enterprises, high-net-worth clients, and retail clients. The company was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China.
