Didi’s Wall Street ride came to an end less than a year after it began. Just 11-months after making a splash in a $4.4 billion IPO, shareholders made official Monday what has long been considered inevitable, approving a plan to delist its shares from the New York Stock Exchange. Ostin Technology, a low-key technology company, made an electrifying debut as the first Chinese stock offering in the US since February, underlining strong appetite even as regulatory officials remained at odds over audit and delisting issues.
