THE COMPANIES (WINDING UP AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 32) (the “Ordinance”) Blue Thunder Company Limited (In Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) NOTICE OF MEETING OF CREDITORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 241 of the Ordinance a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at Suite 2501-03, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen's Rd E, Admiralty, Hong Kong on 16 October 2023 at 10:00am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 241, 242, 243, 244, 251 and 255A of the Ordinance. Creditors may vote either in person or by proxy. For any creditor being a body corporate or any creditor who want to present by proxy, forms of proxy to be used at the meeting must be lodged at Suite 2501-03, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen's Rd E, Admiralty, Hong Kong not later than 12:00 noon one day before the meeting or adjourned meeting at which they are to be used.
