Greatwall AeroTech Co., Limited 長城航空技術有限公司 _____________________ PUBLIC NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL Pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) ______________________ Notice is hereby given by the above-named Company pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) in regard to the followings: - (a) The Company on the day of 2nd August 2021 passed a special resolution whereas its share capital was approved to be reduced in amount of RMB99,600,000.00 and the revised share capital in ordinary share be 10,000 ordinary shares and in amount of RMB400,000.00 only; (b) The said special resolution together with the Company’s solvency statement as made pursuant to section 216(1) of the Companies Ordinance shall be available for public inspection at Room 1607, 16th floor, Tower 3, Phase 1, Enterprise Square, 9 Sheung Yuet Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong; and (c) A creditor of the Company may, within 5 weeks after the date of the special resolution, apply to the Court under section 220 of the Companies Ordinance for cancellation of the special resolution.
