【商業英語】求職信點寫好？ 精簡樣本即學即用（Frankie Chan）

一封好的求職信，可以向僱主說明你的才幹，並引起僱主對你的興趣，達到成功推銷自己的效果。要撰寫一封漂亮兼具說服力的求職信，談何容易？箇中的細節學問，如要深入探討的話，一整個商業英語課程的時間也未必足夠。

由於篇幅所限，筆者特意撰寫了一個精而簡的求職信樣本，讀者只需把關於自己的材料套用於樣本上，再運用Smart Combination的技巧，就可以即時擁有一封「快、靚、正」的求職信，增加獲得面試的機會。

 

Dear Mr Chan

I am writing in response to ⁽¹⁾the job advertisement dated August 4, 2015 on the South China Morning Post inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee. I graduated from Frank University in May 2012, and I am confident that with my education and experiences ⁽²⁾, I can make a solid contribution to your company.

The opportunity to join FCE is particularly appealing （尤其吸引）since I have long been interested in marketing and consulting in a renowned （著名的） international financial corporation. My education at Frank University has provided me with essential skills in areas of communication, organization, leadership, teamwork, ⁽³⁾ as well as creative and effective problem solving ⁽⁴⁾. From my previous job, I have gained significant experiences in working productively within a fast-paced （步伐急速的） environment to interact supportively and communicate skillfully with different levels of people, and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously （同時地） to meet deadlines ⁽⁵⁾. All these have provided me invaluable （寶貴的）experiences in interpersonal and management skills ⁽⁶⁾, and would be a considerable asset （資產）to both my career and your organization.

As my résumé indicates ⁽⁷⁾, I possess excellent ⁽⁸⁾ communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and demonstrated experiences in customer service, marketing, management, and sales ⁽⁹⁾. The experiences gained, together with ⁽¹⁰⁾ my outgoing personality ⁽¹¹⁾, would enrich （使豐富）my qualifications for the position in your company.

I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to further discuss my suitability for the position at your convenience. Thank you ⁽¹²⁾.

Smart Combinations

1. 這裏可用with reference to來代替

2. 這裏可強調你的強項如學歷、經驗等

3. 這裏列舉你的技能範疇

4. 這裏寫出你最強的一項技能（最好這能回應申請職位最需要的一項能力）

5. 這裏列出的例子，在多數的工作都能應用得到的

6. 寫出更多你認為重要的能力與經驗

7. 可以用其他動詞代替如 shows、demonstrates; 也可用副詞clearly來組合，變成clearly shows、 clearly demonstrates

8. 可以加上oral或written或 oral and written，使意思更加明確

9. 填上合適自己的經驗，但一定要用名詞(noun)或動名詞(gerund)

10. together with可以與as well as在這裏互用

11. 填上對這份工作重要的一項，如：

• my outgoing personality

• my strong interpersonal skills

• my creative and effective problem solving skills
  

也可以配搭名詞短句如：

• my expertise in marketing and management

• my expertise in leadership and teamwork

• my ability to communicate skillfully with different levels of people

• my ability to work productively within a fast-paced environment

 12. 結尾的一句切忌過分造作，簡單一句Thank you或Thank you very much已經很足夠。
