In addition, it offers maritime education and training services; marine assurance and compliance, port and terminal operation and management, consultancy, and related services; marine transportation services; and integrated marine services. Further, the company operates and manages the Sungai Udang Port; and owns properties. The company was incorporated in 1968 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. MISC Berhad is a subsidiary of Petroliam Nasional Berhad.
