The company also provides satellite communications systems, including modem modules and antennas; Onyx IFC terminal, a satellite communications aero terminal designed for use on small to mid-size aircrafts; and hubs and gateways, such as Shepherd managed communications system, which serves as a smart satellite resource manager that uses a common forward channel to transmit data and allows users to monitor and manage advanced terminals in their networks. It serves satellite operators, airlines, satellite communications systems manufacturers, and other connectivity service providers that integrate its chips and systems in their satellite communications infrastructure. The company was incorporated in 2012 and is headquartered in Rehovot, Israel.
