Western Asset/Claymore Inflation-Linked Securities & Income Fund is a closed-ended fixed income mutual fund launched by Guggenheim Partners, LLC. The fund is co-managed by Western Asset Management Company, Western Asset Management Company Limited, Western Asset Management Company Ltd., and Western Asset Management Company Pte. Ltd. It invests in fixed income markets across the globe. The fund primarily invests in investment-grade, inflation-linked securities such as U.S. TIPS, corporate bonds, and mortgage backed securities. It seeks to maintain an average portfolio duration of between zero to 15 years. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the Barclays U.S. Government Inflation-Linked 1-10 Year Index and Barclays U.S. Government Inflation-Linked All Maturities Index.
