Moses Singer Boosts Private Clients Practice With Trusts and Estates Partner Evan S. Cowit

NEW YORK, April 11, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Moses Singer is pleased to announce the arrival of Evan S. Cowit as partner and chair of its Private Clients group.

With more than 25 years of experience, Cowit advises clients, ranging from early entrepreneurs to financially established individuals, on all stages and facets of estate planning and administration, corporate and business succession planning, and tax law. His practice also focuses on probate and administration, including preparation of estate and gift tax returns, charitable planning strategies, and counseling clients on tax implications of corporate strategies and business acquisitions.

He joins from Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner (KTAP) LLP, where he led the Trusts & Estates practice.
