(Frankie Chan)

A:    Good afternoon.

B:    Good afternoon. Please take a seat. I'm Stanley and I’m the Personnel Manager.

A:    Glad/ Nice to meet you. I’m Daisy.

B:    Nice to see you too, Daisy. I would like to ask you a few questions.

A:    Sure, please.

B:    You graduated from the Department of Business Administration of City University in 2010…

A:    That’s right. Since my graduation, I’ve been working at the sales department of The Best Company, which speaks highly of有很高的評價)my work.

B:    How do you get along with your boss?

A:    Quite well.

B:    Do you like your work?

B:    Then why do you want to leave the company?(這是僱主設陷阱給應徵者的一貫手法,先引導對方說前公司沒有任何不妥,然後立即反問為何要離開,殺你一個措手不及。)

A:    I enjoy things more challenging. The work you advertised involves more overseas business. That’s the sort of work I like very much.(把視線稍為轉移,不要再纏繞在前公司上,而將重點放在自己如何更適合新公司)

B:    I see. Can you tell me why you believe you are qualified for this position?

A:    I have 2 years of experience as a salesperson, and I’ve already had quite a few customers overseas. I can also speak Japanese. I believe I can establish more business ties for your company.
