Dwayne Douglas Johnson呢位WWE職業摔角巨星兼美國演員，綽唬「The Rock（巨石）」，爆炸性身裁有目共睹，不過成功需苦幹，近日睇到佢嘅餐單，果然唔講得笑。每日食7餐，朝早起身食2隻雞蛋，臨瞓前再隊多10隻蛋整成嘅蛋白奄列，食盡蛋白質令肌肉生長，仲未計大量嘅牛扒、薯仔、白米，佢嘅一日份量夠好多人食一個禮拜。
